Move your existing account into AI Teams — keep all your work, get a prorated refund on your current plan, and continue at the lower AI Teams price.
- Subscribe to Pro or Max above using the same email as your personal Claude account.
- Accept the team invite when it arrives, then pick the migration option shown (or go to Settings → Account → Close your personal account).
- Your chats, projects, files, tasks, and memory move over automatically.
- Your old personal plan cancels and you receive a prorated refund for the unused time (direct Claude purchases).
Note: custom skills, published artifacts, and public share links don't transfer — export or save those first. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, cancel via your Apple ID settings to stop charges.
